Earn loyalty benefits by purchasing your favourite Sentinel products.
For each qualifying product you will receive Loyalty Points, redeem these points for a selection of rewards. For more details of the rewards available, sign in to the Sentinel portal and select ‘Rewards’ within the Loyalty Benefits section.
Cashing in your points #
Once enough points have been awarded, these can be redeemed against a selection of rewards. For more details of the rewards available, sign in to the Sentinel portal and select ‘More details’ within the Loyalty Benefits section.
To claim your reward please call TradeHelp on 01978 666887 or email [email protected] requesting to Cash In some or all of your loyalty points.
Please Note * Points are valid only until the 31st May following the receipt of the relevant Proof of Purchase or linked Activity Report. All Points totals will reset to zero on 1st June of each year. Unused Points will not be carried forward.
Once you have claimed your reward TradeHelp will then reduce the Points on your balance and, provided sufficient stock is available, arrange to send out the Loyalty Prize chosen (or any alternative, if the selected Loyalty Prize is unavailable) within 10 working days.
