Earn loyalty benefits by purchasing your favourite Sentinel products.
For each qualifying product you will receive Loyalty Points, redeem these points for a selection of rewards. For more details of the rewards available, sign in to the Sentinel portal and select ‘Rewards’ within the Loyalty Benefits section.
Registering your purchases #
You will need to provide proof of purchase to claim your points.
TradeHelp, in accordance with the instructions of Sentinel, will identify qualifying products and will enter them into your Portal. TradeHelp will endeavour to convert Points in this way within 10 working days of receipt.*
There are two ways this can be done:
- Proof of purchase manual upload – upload legible invoices to TradeHelp via the Sentinel portal (see full details below)
- Purchase from linked merchants – with your approval, TradeHelp can access automatic activity reports from your accounts at Wolseley, City Plumbing Supplies, Plumbase, Graham The Plumbers’ Merchant, or James Hargreaves. Your points will automatically be added upon receipt of your monthly Activity Report. (See full details below).
Upload proof of purchase #
In order for a claim to be considered, proof of purchase must be legible and include:
- Eligible items
- Legible invoice
- Clear Invoice date
- Clear invoice number
To upload your Proof of Purchase:
- Select Loyalty Benefits from the main dashboard
- Select Upload New from the Proof of purchase table
- Attach your proof of purchase file (JPG/PNG/PDF)
- Select Save
You can view your proof of purchase upload and the claim at any time by using the View and View Product links from the Upload Table in the Loyalty Benefits section of the portal.
Purchases from linked merchants #
With your approval TradeHelp can link your accounts and access automatic activity reports from the following merchant partners – Wolseley, City Plumbing Supplies, Plumbase, Graham The Plumbers’ Merchant, or James Hargreaves.
When purchases of Sentinel products are made on accounts linked through the TradeHelp Buying Group, these points will automatically be added to the Sentinel Portal on receipt of your monthly Activity Report. There is no need to provide a manual upload for these purchases.
To check if your accounts are already linked to the TradeHelp Buying Group, or to allow linking for any accounts from the merchants above, please contact TradeHelp with your account numbers and they will be happy to do this for you.
