A service plan can be cancelled through TradeHelp Office HeatPRO if a customer has already signed up to that plan. Once cancelled that plan can then also be deleted from your records.
If you have created a plan which was never accepted then this can be deleted at any time.

Cancelling a Plan #
- Go to Plans from the main dashboard
- Scroll through the plans or use the search bar at the top to find the plan in question
- Alternatively you can go to the plan via the customer in the Customers page from dashboard. Find the customer, select the Details link and scroll down to Service Plans
- Select the plan to open the details page
- Select Cancel Plan in the customer banner
- Select Ok in the pop to confirm when prompted
Deleting a Plan #
- Go to Plans from the main dashboard
- Scroll through the plans or use the search bar at the top to find the plan in question
- Alternatively you can go to the plan via the customer in the Customers page from dashboard. Find the customer, select the Details link and scroll down to Service Plans
- Select the plan to open the details page
- Select Delete Plan in the customer banner
- Select Ok in the pop to confirm when prompted
