Access Discounted Merchant Terms #
- Call the TradeHelp Team on 01978 666 887 or email [email protected]
- You will need to confirm which of the merchants you would like the TradeHelp Terms for and any existing account numbers for those merchants
- If you do not already have an account then the team can help you to create one, please just ask
- You will be updated once the terms have been requested and told when they are ready to be accessed (usually within 7 – 10 days)
Purchasing on your Discounted Merchant Terms #
City Plumbing Supplies
When shopping with City Plumbing Supplies, TradeHelp terms will be applied automatically to your account, both online and in branch. You will always be quoted the best TradeHelp price available (without asking) unless there is a one-off promotion at the time which is even more competitive.
Wolseley
If you have created a new Wolseley account with TradeHelp, you will automatically be quoted TradeHelp prices when shopping online or in branch.
However, if you were an existing Wolseley customer and had your own terms in place then both sets of terms will be saved against your account. When purchasing in store you will need to request your ‘TradeHelp terms’ to ensure you access these prices.
When shopping online, go to My Account in the top right hand corner and go to ‘Pricing Contracts’. Here you will find a drop down box where you can select TradeHelp terms before continuing with your purchases.
Monthly Price Checking #
TradeHelp provide a free price checking service for all purchases made on your TradeHelp terms, saving you valuable time and money.
The TradeHelp Procurement Team will check your Activity Reports ensuring there have been no overcharges made and provide you with a monthly report.
