Purchases from national merchants #
- If you have linked your accounts for Wolseley, City Plumbing Supplies, Plumbase, Graham the Plumbers’ Merchant or James Hargreaves with the TradeHelp Buying Group you do not need to provide proof of purchase. TradeHelp receive monthly Activity Reports from these partners and will automatically claim for any supported products on your behalf .
- Should you wish to link your account, please contact TradeHelp on 01978 666 887 with your account number(s) and bank details to pay into and they will happily do this for you.
- Claims are made each month and deposited directly into your bank account once received from the manufacturer
- Claims may not be valid on packs or products with other contract support
- Please allow around 3 months for payment as the process works in arrears

Purchases from independent merchants or other suppliers #
- For purchases made from any other merchant, or for the merchants above if we do not have your account number, cash back can still be claimed but proof of purchase is required
- Please send your proof or purchase on email to [email protected]
- Claims are made each month and deposited directly into your bank account once received from the manufacturer
- Please ensure you have provided TradeHelp with the correct bank details to pay into
- Claims may not be valid on packs or products with other contract support
- Please allow around 3 months for payment as the process works in arrears
