Before you create new service plan you will first need to create a customer to save the plan against.
Sentinel Portal #
- Select Customers from the main dashboard
- Select the New Customer button from the top right hand corner
- Add the customer name and contact details
- Start typing the customer’s address in the address search for a quick look up
- Select Save
- You can return to Customers section at any time to update the information
