Customer records can be edited or deleted via the Customers section from the main dashboard.
Sentinel Portal #
- Select Customers from the main dashboard
- Scroll down to the customer in question or use the search bar function to search a name, postcode or address
- Select the Details link on the right hand side
- Scroll down to bottom of the page and select Delete Customer
- A pop up will ask you to confirm that you wish to delete the customer, select OK to confirm
