Your loyalty benefits #
Loyalty benefits can be earnt by purchasing your favourite Sentinel products.
For each qualifying product you will receive between 5 and 35 points. Redeem these points for a selection of rewards including workwear, Amazon vouchers and Sentinel products.
For more details of the qualifying products and rewards available, sign in to the Sentinel portal and select ‘Rewards’ within the Loyalty Benefits section.
Claiming your loyalty points #
There are two ways this can be done:
- Proof of purchase manual upload – upload legible invoices to TradeHelp via the Sentinel portal
- Purchase from linked merchants – with your approval, TradeHelp can access automatic activity reports from your accounts at Wolseley, City Plumbing Supplies, Plumbase, Graham The Plumbers’ Merchant, or James Hargreaves. Your points will automatically be added upon receipt of your monthly Activity Report.

Cashing in your loyalty points #
Upon approval, your points will be updated in the ‘Loyalty Benefits‘ section of the portal. This can be checked at any time to view your current balance. Once enough points have been awarded these can be redeemed by contacting TradeHelp via telephone or email. All points will need to be claimed by 31st May each year. Annual Prizes #
Accumulation of Points also entitles you to automatic eligibility for any Annual Prizes.
Annual prizes are awarded each June in respect of the Points accumulated during the previous Year of Upload, i.e. between the previous 1st June and 31st May. Find out more HERE.
