Please contact TradeHelp on 01978 666 887 or email [email protected] for support. Please note customers can also be added manually via the ‘My Customer List’ section.
Importing customer data #
- TradeHelp will provide a spreadsheet via email into which you can paste your existing customer data
- Complete the spreadsheet and return it to [email protected]
- TradeHelp will upload the data and confirm with you once it is successfully imported to your account.
Please note all customer data is protected by the Data Protection and Privacy Policy and will not be shared.
