Once a plan is created you can view updates and events for each plan through the Sentinel software. Events include customer sign up progress, direct debit mandate confirmation and, once live, payment updates.
Sentinel Portal #
- Select Plans from the main dashboard
- Scroll down to the customer/plan in question or use the search bar function to search a name, postcode or address
- Alternatively go to Customers from the main dashboard
- Select the Details link on the right hand side
- Scroll down to Customer Plan Events where the events will be listed
